While the SNP are far from perfect, they have done more to mitigate Tory austerity than any other party, and here is the evidence to prove it.
I understand why the left might be dissapointed by the SNP and attracted to Labour. That said, a strong SNP is a better lever for real change.
It is welcome that Labour is going to alter the Great Repeal Bill. However, this will be in vain if they don’t win parliament a meaningful Brexit veto.
Corbyn does have a chance of being PM if his party get behind him. However, there is a good argument that Labour are unelectable with or without him.
The spectre of Labour trying to oust Corbyn highlights a major problem with politics.There is no space nor tolerance for anyone even slightly different.
